DO NOT PARK...
- In, on or blocking: bike lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, driveways, moving lanes, intersections, traffic or Tow Away Zones
- Facing the wrong direction/against the flow of traffic
- Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
- Within 30 feet of a marked or unmarked crosswalk
- Within 5 feet of a driveway
- Where signs prohibit
- Where striped markings/angled safety zones prohibit
- Outside of or over marked bays, where present
- At a bus stop
- Over posted time limits
- Without the correct permit, where permits apply
- Without making payment, where necessary
- Over 72 continuous hours on the street or store a vehicle on the street
- In a space reserved for persons with disabilities, without a valid tag permit, or placard issued to either the vehicles registered owner or someone accompanying the registered permit holder
DISABLED PARKING PAYMENT EXEMPTIONS
- In a time-limited, payment required on-street parking space, a vehicle properly displaying a disabled parking permit is allowed to park for a maximum of 4 hours at no charge.
- In a City lot or garage that provides timed parking spaces, the City may charge except in the following conditions:
- 1) a vehicle has specialized equipment, such as ramps, lifts or foot or hand controls
- 2) a vehicle displaying a license plate for a disabled veteran
- 3) a vehicle displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit.
